Two roles, one facility, and a server size of 30.
Fur Infection LITE does not have a 50-character gacha roster. It has two factions that you will both play: Humans and Infected. This hub is the identity page. The how-to pages under Guides are the button presses. If you came here looking for a “best starter character,” the honest answer is “the human you spawn as, until a grab or a puddle decides otherwise.”

How a lobby actually splits
A fresh server is mostly human. Ten minutes later it is not. That swing is the product. HopeStar’s LITE description is explicit: protect your humanity or embrace the virus. There is no third team, no NPC raid boss you queue for, and no AFK zone that pays. The 30-player cap matters. A 12-human leftover in a 30-slot map still loses if they split into twelve loot routes.
Online play is the whole game. There is no local split-screen and no single-player story mode. If you want a friend in the same facility, join from the Roblox page together. Voice is not required; walking in a pair is.
What “best player” means here
On the human side, the best player is the one who still has a cooldown when the grab starts. On the infected side, the best player is the one who is not visible until the latch. Clips of 1v5 bat flicks are real and also a bad teaching tool. Read play as human and play as infected before you copy a montage.
Gear still matters. A Light Vest human is a different matchup than a naked bat. Forms still matter. A black morph is a different matchup than a yellow bunny. Those tables are on the tier list hub.
Badges and flex
LITE currently awards a simple Welcome ! badge for playing. It is not a skill gate. Outbreak has extra event badges (Easter, Gate Key, Apex Predator) that do not automatically exist here. If a badge appears in LITE later, it will go on updates. Do not grind an Outbreak badge route in this universe.

Why this hub is not a roster wiki
Search results will try to sell you “best characters” because that template works for other Roblox games. LITE does not spawn you as a named hero with a skill tree. You spawn as a human with a shop. You become a morph with a color. The “players” category on this wiki is therefore factions, not a collectible index. If a page ever adds a named NPC or a boss that only one side can fight, it will get a child page. Until then, do not wait for a secret third team. The Insurgent-style events that appear on other infection titles are not a LITE spawn option we can verify.
If you are here because you want to main infected, you still have to survive the first hallway as a human or walk into goo on purpose. That is the whole identity joke, and it is also the loop.
