Fur Infection LITE Getting Started

Fur Infection LITE is the lighter, VR-flagged infection experience from HopeStar Studio. You join a 30-player Roblox server, spawn as a human in a dim facility, and immediately have to decide whether you will buy a weapon or peek a corridor empty-handed. The Fur Virus is not a story cutscene. Other players are already morphs with grab tools, and colored goo on the floor will flip your body into a form you did not pick. This page is the onboarding pass: what the game is, what it is not, and the five-minute routine that stops you from feeding the lobby.

LITE is not Kiwi Games’ 2022 Furry Infection arena, and it is not the full Fur Infection Outbreak map with mining and seasonal bosses. Same studio, same virus fantasy, smaller loop. If a YouTuber is fishing or hunting nine Easter keys, they are on Outbreak. Stay here if your title bar says LITE.

First spawn checklist

1. Confirm the experience name is [UPD] Fur Infection LITE (VR) and the creator is HopeStar Studio.
2. Stay in the protected spawn long enough to open the shop and the settings menu. Infected players who rush the door are hoping you walk out with fists.
3. Buy the cheapest melee that actually swings. A free bat beats a planned pistol you cannot afford yet.
4. Look at the floor before you sprint. Puddles and goo are how people “accidentally” join the infected team.
5. Bind or at least notice sprint and camera. VR users should finish the VR checklist before the first fight, not during it.

Human or infected on purpose

You will play both sides in a normal night. Death, a grab, or a puddle can flip you. That does not mean the first minute should be random.

As a human, your job is to leave spawn with a tool, pick up armor if a vest is on the route, and fight only when you have a swing ready. Cash on the ground is bait. The human guide covers kiting, cooldowns, and why a teammate with a bat is worth more than a third money stack.

As infected, your job is to grab, not to fair-duel a katana in a doorway. Learn the grab input on controls and the form list on mutations. The infected guide is the page for ambush, not this one.

Shop, death, and what is permanent

HopeStar’s infection games treat most shop tools as one-life. If LITE follows that rule — and the live loop behaves that way — dying deletes the bat you just bought. Game passes and group perks, when they exist, are the exception. Do not spend like you are filling a Steam inventory. Buy what you will swing before the next grab.

Armor is the other early spike. Official Outbreak footage still shows Light Vest and Heavy Vest pickups in the facility. LITE’s screenshots use the same industrial interiors. Route a vest before you hunt a fancy melee. The weapons and armor page is the full table; this page only needs the rule: vest then weapon, not the reverse, unless the lobby is already empty.

Social rules that keep you unbanned

The Roblox description for this family of games is blunt about exploiting. LITE’s welcome badge is automatic; a ban is not. If you came from a script video, read script safety before you paste anything. Hit aura and anti-puddle tools get people removed from HopeStar titles. This wiki lists scripts because players search them, not because they are a recommended starter kit.
