Mutations are the reason Fur Infection LITE is not a generic zombies game. Touch the wrong liquid and you are a loud, tall target. Touch the right one and your grab actually connects. LITE’s own screenshots already show mixed morphs in the same room: a red-eyed rabbit, a white fox-like head, a yellow bunny, a pink hanging figure. That variety is the point. You are not “the infected.” You are a specific silhouette with a specific grab window.
How a form happens
- Liquid / goo / bog on the floor. Color is the index.
- Grab from another morph (you inherit the virus, not always their color).
- Mask or drink pickups when the build includes them.
Humans should treat every stain as a decision. If you are holding a vest and a bat, walking through goo is throwing the round. If the lobby is already lost, goo is how you join the winning team on purpose. That choice is valid. Accidental puddle-walking is not a strategy.
Color index (Outbreak recording, LITE fantasy)
A widely used form video lists these liquids in order. Use it as a visual dictionary, then confirm the color still exists in your LITE server:

Picking a form on purpose
Ask three questions:
- Can I hide? Black and dark gray win in unlit stairs. Yellow and white win only if you are already in someone’s camera as a fake teammate.
- Can I turn? Heavy, tall heads clip doorways and lose to a bat on a cooldown. If your first grab missed, you need a form that can reset, not a form that looks expensive.
- Are humans camping this puddle? Famous goo is a human farm. Take a boring color around the corner.
Rerolling is allowed. Dying to reroll in a vest room is not. Leave, find a quiet stain, change, come back.
Humans versus forms
You do not need to memorize every model. You need to know which silhouettes grab from rails and which ones sprint. Pink hanging bodies in LITE art are a reminder to look up. Rabbit ears peek over crates. White heads backlight against dark walls — shoot or swing that one first because everyone can see it, including its teammates who will follow your camera.
If a form is new after a patch, it will land on patch notes and then on the tier list. Do not download a 2025 Kiwi Games form list; those names will not match.
VR note
Forms that fill the headset camera are worse for the human than they are on a monitor. If you play VR as a morph, you can win fights just by occupying the lens. That is also how you make someone nauseous enough to quit, which is a win the ToS still allows and a jerk move in a 30-player lobby. Grab and leave. The VR checklist is for comfort settings, not for weaponizing motion sickness.
